- How Do I Order Online?
It is easy & secure to shop from the website. Browse one or all of the categories on the left side of the page. When you have found the tie of your choice, simply click purchase and enter the quantity you wish to purchase.
When you are finished shopping, click CHECK OUT and fill out the information on the order form. At this time Kat's Ties accepts Visa and Master Card. All personal and credit card information is kept safe by utilizing 128SSL encryption technology and is destroyed once order is complete.
By placing an order with katsties.com you authorize KCO Enterprise to bill your credit card for all unpaid Import or Customs charges, as well as any and all shipping costs to & from Kat's Ties caused by incorrect address information. Please check all address information carefully.
- How Do I Get A Receipt?
When you have filled out your online order form go to the upper left corner, click file then print.

How Much Is Shipping?
Canadian Customers for mail Delivery is $6.50 which takes 5-9 Business Days
Xpresspost is $15.00 for 2 to 3 Business Days
All Canadian shipping costs are for 1-10 Ties
International Orders Are $8.50
For 1-5 Ties
- When Will My Order be Shipped?
All orders are shipped same or next business day of processing your order Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed & shipped on Monday.

What Is The Return Policy?
30 days from date of Purchase. If not 100% satisfied, notify us at orders@katsties.com that you are returning an item along with your order number. Refund for the full amount of the item not including shipping costs will be processed if item is received within 30 days of the purchase with the receipt. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Promotional Items
If the return of a tie means you no longer meet the criteria of that promotion, the cost of the promotional item or items will be deducted from any refund.

What Happens to My Personal Information?
Personal information is used to fill your order, take your payment, ship your order & then e-mail you with the date your order is shipped. Your credit card information is destroyed once your order is processed. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with anyone. All information is encrypted using a secure server & SSL Certificate.

Fax: Select all the items you would like to purchase. Click checkout. Enter all shipping information, print the order form, and then fax the order to 250-338-5874 along with your credit card information.

Money Order: When you select Money Order as your form of payment for your order an e-mail will be sent to you with the mailing address. Once your payment is received your order will be shipped and an e-mail sent with the shipping date.
